Service Description

Consultation 1 - Forming your Health Bio Prior to this appointment you will be invited to complete information regarding your health history, family history, medications, lifestyle and lots more, which will be further discussed at Consultation 1. Any relevant blood tests will also be reviewed, along with your present medications and supplements(if any). All this information along with your present dietary and lifestyle habits are used to form an individualised diet and lifestyle plan designed to support your body in returning to optimal health. Further functional testing may be deemed beneficial and this will be discussed if deemed relevant. In Functional medicine and Nutritional Therapy sometimes changes can happen quickly, other times there is no quick fix, this often depends on the complexity of your case. At this appointment you will also be advised of the approximate number of consultations that best suits you and your health needs. Consultation 1 - lasts 75 minutes

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible, otherwise the following charges will be incurred: -Less than 24 hours notice 50% of consultation fee will apply
