Consultation 2 - Personalised Plan

Service Description

You will be presented with the results of your 3 Day Dietary Analysis including impact your medications may be having on your absorption of nutrients. The 3 Day Dietary Analysis alongside your Health Bio can indicate any potential nutrient deficiencies and if deemed necessary, relevant supplements may be suggested. We will also discuss the impact of your previous dietary and lifestyle changes and adjust your plan according to the level of responsiveness. You will also discuss the results of any functional testing and how this informs your health bio and personalised plan. Following the consultation, your case will be reflected on and reviewed and you will be emailed a comprehensive updated personalised plan.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible, otherwise the following charges will be incurred: -Less than 24 hours notice 50% of consultation fee will apply
