Service Description

This service is available to those who have worked through Consultations 1,2 & 3 and have no new health conditions to discuss. Ongoing care appointments can continue symptom tracking, reorder functional testing discuss and adapt your personalised plan to suit our ever changing needs and lifestyle.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible, otherwise the following charges will be incurred: -Less than 24 hours notice 50% of consultation fee will apply
